Abstract
Global HR strategy is the primary focus of a major banking and financial organizations these days. HR today has expanded greatly into areas of a employee retention and engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, metrics and creative compensation and benefits solutions. This article looks into SHRM and offers methods to establish the case for continous advancement toward strategic success in the HR department.
