Dealing with words, figures and data with effective business communication could redefine the business processes today. Language is a learned social behavior, and how we use it to communicate is important. Language not only communicates ideas but it also builds rapport and creates elationships between colleagues. Most work in organizations happens through meetings, presentations, negotiations, discussions face-to-face or via multimedia.
